Spawn the Estranged Doppleganger and kill it and Maligar to loot Maligar’s Head.

Get onyx drake guts from Blackwing in Rathe Mountains.

Take the three guts to Kelkin Mekia in South Karanas for Page 25.

Head/Neck of the Lute

Bring the Alluring Horn from Quag Maelstorm in Ocean of Tears to Vedico Windwhisper in Butcherblock Mountains for a note to Forpar.

Get Phinigels Spine from Phinigel Autropos in Kedge Keep.

Get Amalgym Tendril or Tentacle from Amalgym Warriors and Knights in Plane of Fear.

Get petrified werewolf skull from Drolvarg Warlord in Karnor’s Castle.

Turn in the note to Forpar, and then turn in the 3 items for the head and neck of the lute.

Body of the Lute

Get a large red dragon scale from Nagafen, Talendor, Zordacilus, or Nortlav the Scalekeeper.

Get a large white dragon scale from Vox, Gorenaire, or Nortlav the Scalekeeper.

Get 2 metal bits

Turn these 4 items in for the Body of the Lute.

Forpar's Mystical Lute

Get Trakanon Guts from Trakanon’s Clone in Sebilis.

Give Forpar Trakanon Guts, Body of the Lute, Head/Neck of the Lute for Forpar’s Mystical Lute.

Final Hand-In

Give Baldric in Dreadlands Top of Page 24, Bottom of Page 24, Page 25, and Forpar’s Mystical Lute for Singing Short Sword.
